5. Payments and Transactions
- Prepaid Orders: Processed securely through third-party gateways (e.g., Razorpay/Cashfree).
- Cash on Delivery (COD): We offer COD as a convenience. By choosing COD, you agree to pay the full invoice amount in cash to the delivery agent upon receipt of the package.
- Binding Contract: Upon initiating any transaction (Prepaid or COD), you enter into a legally binding contract for the delivery and payment of the goods.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
- Verification: We reserve the right to verify COD orders via phone call or WhatsApp before dispatching. Unverified orders may be cancelled.
- Refusal of Delivery: Repeated refusal of COD packages may result in the permanent suspension of your ability to use COD for future orders on BekaBee.shop.
- COD Fees: A nominal “COD Convenience Fee” may be applied at checkout to cover additional logistics handling. This fee is non-refundable.
7. Shipping and Delivery
- Origin: Dispatched from our hub in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.
- Timeline: We aim to dispatch orders within 24-48 hours.
- Risk of Loss: The risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier for prepaid orders, and upon full payment to the agent for COD orders.
8. Refunds and Returns
Returns are governed by our Refund Policy. Claims for damages (Physical Goods) must be accompanied by an unboxing video and sent to support.bekabee@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.
9. Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to events outside reasonable control (natural disasters, server outages, government restrictions).
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in THIRUVANANTHAPURAM, KERALA.
