1. Returns Overview
We want you to love your purchase from BekaBee. If you are not entirely satisfied, we’re here to help. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
2. Damaged or Defective Items (Exchanges)
We take great care in quality checks, but if your item arrives defective or damaged, we will replace it immediately.
- Mandatory Requirement: To protect against transit damage, we require a clear unboxing video showing the package being opened for the first time.
- Please email the video and your order number to support.bekabee@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.
- Once verified, we will ship a brand-new replacement at no extra cost to you.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (via our payment gateway) within 5-7 business days.
- Late Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund after 7 days, please first check with your bank or credit card company. If you still need help, contact us at support.bekabee@gmail.com.
4. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Items purchased at a discount or during a “Special Offer” (up to 65% off) are eligible for exchange only in the case of manufacturing defects.
5. Return Shipping
To return your product, please contact us first for the exact return address at our hub in Thiruvananthapuram.
- Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Tracking: We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service (like Delhivery or India Post). We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without a tracking number.
